Cyclists in the 70 mile Tour de Scottsdale ride in a clockwise direction. The Tour de Scottsdale course includes approximately 1,400 feet in elevation changes with a long ascent over the first 25 miles of the 70-mile course.
*Please note there has been a major change to the 70 mile course on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, due to construction. Cyclists will continue west on Via linda past Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, then head north on 108th street towards Cactus Rd. Once they have reached Cactus Rd, cyclists will head west to 100th street and take that north until they reach Thompson Peak Parkway and resume the usual course.
Aid stations on the Tour courses serve water, electrolyte drinks, and energy gels. If you have specific needs, please come prepared. Start time for the Tour de Scottsdale is 6:30 am for both the 70-mile and 30-mile ride.
